How to Reserve a Ride

1. Call in advance
Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance and at least 1 day prior to travel.

2. Provide trip details
Have your pickup address, destination address, and preferred pickup or arrival time ready.

3. Be ready for pickup
Buses have a 15-minute pickup window. Please be ready at your curb.
Operating Hours
Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekend 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Customer service dispatch desk opens at 6:00 AM Monday through Friday.
