Who Qualifies for ADA Paratransit?

ADA Paratransit is a origin-to-destination service for individuals with disabilities who, because of their disability, are functionally unable to use the fixed route bus system.

• Unable to board, ride, or disembark from an accessible fixed-route vehicle.
• Unable to navigate the fixed-route transit system independently.
• Specific environmental or architectural barriers prevent travel to or from a bus stop.

How to Apply

Applicants must complete an ADA Paratransit application form, which includes a professional verification section completed by a healthcare provider.
